Requirements for Training Participants

To complete the training requirements and to be certified by the Children’s Trust and Erikson Institute, learners must complete the following:

Requirements for Practitioners:

• Complete Registration Form by December 14, 2026

• Attend virtual three-day initial FAN Training on Tuesday, January 12, 2027, Wednesday, January 13, 2027, and Thursday, January 14, 2027 from 9:00AM-1:00PM

• Attend virtual FAN Integration Training on Wednesday, June 2, 2027, from 9:00AM-12:00PM

• Submit all completed FAN Learning Tools and both Self-Reflection Forms to the Children’s Trust at HFMTraining@mass.gov

Requirements for Program Supervisors

• Complete Registration Form by December 14, 2026

• Attend virtual three-day initial FAN Training on Tuesday, January 12, 2027, Wednesday, January 13, 2027, and Thursday, January 14, 2027, from 9:00AM-1:00PM

• Attend virtual FAN Integration Training on Wednesday, June 2, 2027, from 9:00AM-12:00PM 

• Participate in at least 10 of 12 FAN Monthly Mentoring Calls for Supervisors 

• Submit all completed FAN Learning Tools and both Self-Reflection Forms to the Children’s Trust at HFMTraining@mass.gov
